Pranay M. Satya

Hello! I am a second year PhD student in the Department of Systems Biology at Columbia University where I am co-advised by Mohammed AlQuriashi and Raul Rabadan. I am currently exploring the application of machine learning for variant effect problems in structural biology and functional genomics.

I earned my undergraduate degree in bioengineering from Caltech in 2024.
